The upcoming referendum on 25th May poses numerous questions that many of us have been considering, particularly around what the implications are in relation to the medical aspect of it. We’re being joined by Rhona Mahony, the Master of the National Maternity Hospital, Holles Street for a talk on the medical facts around the eighth amendment, and the impact if it is retained or repealed, as well as her insight on it as a practitioner working in Irish women’s healthcare. Rhona will be joined by Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin for further discussion on the topic.
Please note this event will be recorded. Doors 6pm, talk begins at 6.30pm. We reccommend arriving early to the event as seating is limited. We have an overbooking policy in place and appreciate your understanding if circumstances beyond our control don’t guarantee your place.
