Trinity week

If you had five minutes on stage what would you say? What if you only got 20 slides and they rotated automatically after 15 seconds? Around the world geeks have been putting together IGNITE nights to show their answers on science, technology, art and society. Don't miss one of our favorite events series at Science Gallery with an amazing diverse panel of participants including:

Mark Conguista -  Interface Designer, IGNITE regular and general crowd pleaser

Conor Pope - Journalist, The Irish Times and The Ray D'Arcy Show

Rowan Manahan - Speaker, trainer, TEDx curator, husband, father, storyteller and dancing bear. Founder of Fortify Services, a Dublin-based consulting and career management firm.

Sophie Merry - Groovy Dancing Girl (See her jam at Science Gallery here!)

Michael Lavelle and Kate McCullough - Directors of Photography who just won Sundance and an IFTA for His and Hers, a creative feature documentary.

and many more!

Ignite is an O’Reilly event and was started in Seattle in 2006 by Brady Forrest and Bre Pettis. Since then 100s of 5 minute talks have been given across the world. There are thriving Ignite communities in Seattle, Portland, Paris, and NYC.
