Dublin Mini Maker Faire is back for its second year. Part of the hugely popular Maker Faire family, Dublin Mini Maker Faire is an independent day-long community event where all kinds of “makers” get together to showcase their work.

Last year, 5,000 people curious about making came along to Ireland's first Maker Faire event. This year, Dublin Mini-Maker Faire is set to be even bigger and will feature some of Ireland's most talented Makers.

Makers range from tech enthusiasts to crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, artists, science clubs, students, authors, and commercial exhibitors. They are of all ages and backgrounds. Dublin Mini Maker Faire will be an opportunity for makers to interact with each other, to share ideas, and to inspire future makers by showing examples of their work, projects, crafts, inventions, products and hacks in a vibrant fair-style event.

Dublin Mini Maker Faire is a free event, organised by a team from Science Gallery, Science Hack Day Dublin, NUIM MakerSoc and TOG Hackerspace.
