Former MasterChef Ireland contestant and EDIBLE dinner curator Clare Anne O'Keefe will serve food that plays on the senses in the latest installment of Science Gallery's Curated Dinner series. It's not only smell and taste that define our experience of food. Our culinary experience is shaped by the look, feel, and even sound of what we're eating. By amplifying, altering, and mixing up these sensory cues, you can create a completely new culinary experience... and that's exactly what Clare Anne will be creating - something new! The menu will draw inspiration from the exhibits of ILLUSION, and will test the way the brain processes 'ingested data'.
