Join Christina Agapakis and Sissel Tolaas (the team behind GROW YOUR OWN exhibit Selfmade), and Seamus Sheridan of Sheridans Cheesemongers for a unique evening out. Christina and Sissel will be spending the week in our Community Biolab, running cheese-making workshops with a significant difference - the starter culture for the cheese is bacteria growing on the human body. Tonight, they will eat 'their own' cheese, and Seamus will be on hand with some of Ireland's best cheeses for you to sample.
