Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Skype….we have them and we (mostly) love them, but what do they say about you?
Researchers at the ADAPT Centre, Trinity College Dublin have teamed up with AYLIEN, experts in Text and Sentiment Analysis, to create Bigfoot - a system that captures your online persona and determines how much of your data is out there. Take part in psychometric testing and contribute to real research on social media, online personalities, and data exhaust.
Visitors to LIFELOGGING can pop into the Lab any time to meet a lifelogger who'll be doing research and workshops that you can get hands-on with and delve into the world of data. Every week will see a different lifelogger take over, so be sure to drop in regularly!
The guys at ADAPT and AYLIEN will also be running some scheduled workshops and events:
- Keeping Data to Yourself, on Tuesday 17th February at 15:00
- How to Supercharge Your Start-Up's Social Media, with Angie Lee, on Wednesday 18th February at 15:00
- Superintelligence: Hacking Human Genius, on Friday 20th February at 15:45
- A.I. Workshop on Thursday 5th March at 18:00
The LIFELOGGING Lab is supported by Irish Design 2015.
