Get the word out! How to educate the public about your research: Key steps to prepare for your target audience.
Join us for the second in a series of 'brown-bag' lunchtime seminars for women* (and other under-represented groups, including non-binary folks) working in research and academia.
Our speaker for this seminar will be Dr Susan Kathleen Fetics, Marie Skłowdowska Curie Actions Fellow at the School of Biochemistry and Immunology, Trinity College Dublin. Dr Fetics' seminar will be on "Get the word out! How to educate the public about your research: Key steps to prepare for your target audience".
The seminar will last approx. 30 minutes, after which there will be time for questions and chat. As this is a brown-bag event, all attendees are welcome to bring along their lunch, while tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided.
The Science Gallery Dublin entrance is on the ground floor and there is a lift to the first floor galleries. It also has a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor. Please notify Aoife at firstname.lastname@example.org of any accessibility requirements you may have.
All are welcome. We look forward to meeting you there!
