Do you track personal information, hoping to gain insights into yourself or your surrounding world? Are you curious about people who do? The Dublin Quantified Self group (#QSelfDublin) is for anyone interested in self-tracking. Whether you record your jogging times, how often you communicate with friends or how you are feeling - they would love to hear from you!
How best to self-test for glucose, cholesterol and overall health.

Continus Glucose montoring gives a far better picture of how insulin resistance a person is. When monitoring on a day-to-day basis, we also get a picture of what produces the biggest spikes, and how to better manage the condition.
- Azure Grant, member of the Quantified Self team, has been running the cholesterol experiment from San Francisco.
- Justin Lawler - coorganiser of the Dublin Quantified Self meetup group and has been running cholesterol and continuous glucose monitoring experiments over the last 6 months.
