What’s the difference between a collapse, a downfall, and a downright apocalypse? How will it all end, and why do we love to wonder? Ice or fire, zombies or bombs? Out with a bang or a whimper? And can we do anything to stop the decline?

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, the new free exhibition at Science Gallery at Trinity College Dublin, will explore why the disastrous can be devilishly entertaining, and whether there’s any truth to these dismal predictions. Join doomers, designers, and doctors as they lay out the top threats to our world, evaluate how likely they are, and spell out exactly what we can do about it.

Let's gather together to party for the end of the world, with music spundscape demonstration from Gareth Averill.
