HOW CAN WE USE PLASTIC WASTE IN A PRODUCTIVE WAY?

Better To Transport is a tricycle made from prefabricated sheets of recycled plastic. The aims of this project are to demonstrate the potential of recycling, to encourage reuse of plastic waste, and to create new business opportunities. The bike’s design and blueprints are open-source, so that the bikes can be produced at a low-cost using an oven, press, shredder, and plastic waste collected from the local area.. The artist believes that access to affordable, environmentally-friendly and high quality transportation should be a human right.
