Watch the highlights of our FUTURE FEASTING series for FIELD TEST, which included curated dinners by A Mexican Cook, The Domestic Godless and The Centre of Genomic Gastronomy. With this series, each multi-course dinner explored different future farming possibilities and food methods. With A Mexican Banquet, we experienced La Milpa, a traditional agricultural method that has a bright future. We continued our journey into possible food systems with The Domestic Godless exploring the possibilities of invasive pests in our future diets and finally we concluded the culinary tour with an artistic vision of the future from The Center for Genomic Gastronomy.
