On 12 March 2021 - exactly one year after COVID closed their doors for the first time - Science Gallery Dublin launched a new programme called IN THESE STRANGE TIMES: an evolving series created in response to the pandemic.

It features a new podcast series with cutting-edge scientists and artists hosted by DJ Tara Stewart, a collaboration with conceptual illustrator Staselė Jakunskaitė, and a newly commissioned artwork by Spanish collective Multiplay, installed in the Science Gallery Dublin windows, facing out onto Pearse St for public view through glass.

At Science Gallery Dublin, we’ve always experimented with new ways for you to explore and discuss cutting-edge science, design and art. IN THESE STRANGE TIMES is the latest step in our ongoing adventure, specifically built for a post-COVID world.
